Ecuador - Dianny Almeida

Hello, I am Dianny Almeida! I am originally from Ecuador, and now serve of the e=h team full time in Ecuador as a missionary. I have a degree in Early Childhood Education. It is a pleasure and a blessing from the Lord to be able to serve and be part of the e=h ministry, performing the role of a Ministry Connector.
My goal is to raise $330 each month (or a total of $3,960 each year). That is 10 people at $33 a month, or 6 people at $55 a month! Any contribution will help me reach the goal and make a real difference with the ministry as I am tasked to raise my own support!
My responsibilities include:
• Being a constant and intentional presence to serve each ministry site on behalf of e=h to support students in desperate and difficult situations. I serve as a constant communication bridge that allows us to continue strengthening the interpersonal relationships between each ministry site and e=h.
• Offering my professional skills to assist with tutoring the students and supporting the people who help with academic reinforcement.
• Participating in the various activities that e=h and the ministry sites carry out supporting them where they need it most.
• Connecting the different teams that visit us, considering the needs of each ministry and the skills of the team members.
• Serving as a Host for some of the different teams that come to visit and serve at the ministry sites.
